Sugar Rush

Got a sweet tooth? Sugar rush is a fully immersive candy-themed, outdoor walkthrough. This event has it all, live performances, floats, art installations, and plenty of places for photos.

2021 L.A. Billboard Project

The billboard project is a great way to see public displays of art while in your car, social distancing. There are 30 billboards across Los Angeles featuring artists chosen by a blind submission process. It is a great way to engage your children in culture, get to ask them questions about what they like and do not like, and how art makes them feel.

Fair Foodie Fest

This event has so many options, even your picky eater will find something delicious to eat. Every weekend in April at the Toyota Center you can visit the outdoor food festival and give your little ones a chance to try amazing foods as well as rides and games.

Cayton Creators Outdoor Community Program

On Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1-am and 11am  the Cayton Children’s museum has creative arts programming. The themes vary from week to week and pre-registration is required.

LA Zoo’s Walk for the Wild

Between Earth day, April 22nd and Endangered Species Day, May 21st, the L.A. zoo is hosting a fundraising event that allows you to participate by getting moving. Beverly Hills Farmers Market Earth Day

On Sunday April 25th, the Beverly Hills Farmers Market will hold special Earth Day festivities. On top of all of the typical joys coming from a farmers market, it was also offer free shredding and compost giveaways and open up the opportunity to speak with your kids about the earth.

Neighborhood Science Tuesdays

The LA Public Library hosts a weekly program series focusing on the amazing science we can find in our own neighborhoods. These events have different speakers each week. Taste of Boysenberry Festival

Knott’s Berry Farm is hosting a tasting event of their famous little berry. The festival includes unique boysenberry treats and drinks, handmade goods, and crafts by local artisans. This event runs every weekend in April.
